Q: What is DC EV Charger?

A:   DC types of chargers are the fast charger. These types of chargers are also known by off-board chargers. The DC chargers are divided in two different levels as Level 1 and Level 2.
Level 1: Output Voltage 48V/72V with power of 10kW/15kW and maximum current is 200A
Level 2: Output Voltage is up to 1000V with power of 30kW/150kW.

Q: How does Electric charger work?

A:    Any electric car that uses batteries needs a charging system to recharge the batteries. The charging system has two goals:
(A) To pump electricity into the batteries as quickly as the batteries will allow
(B) To monitor the batteries and avoid damaging them during the charging process.

Q: What types of connector use in EV Charger Station?

A:   As per BEVC-001 protocol of Govt. of India we use GB/T in our charger.

Q: How many types of connectors are there?

A:   There are several types of connectors and following are commonly use:

Q: Do all electric vehicles have a common connector?

A:   The Society of Automotive Research Association of India has declared a uniform connector standard GB/T for both the Level 1 and Level 2 Chargers.

Q: How much time does it take to charger a vehicle?

A:   Charging time depend on the capacity of battery and voltage of system. With our DC Fast charger it will take 1 to 2 hours to charge the full car and with AC slow charger it will take 8 to 9 hours.
